Spruce Hill - A superb choice for large groups ā€“ just 1 mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park.Ā  This rambling farmhouse was built circa 1830 and completely recently renovated with modern amenities. All of the updates were carefully planned to meet baseball tournament families' needs.

The hardwood floors add warmth and character.Ā This home was specifically designed for multiple families.Ā  This house features two living rooms ā€“ one for the children and one for the adults. There is also a newly built 24 x 24 great room, complete with wet bar and cathedral ceilings.Ā  There is a large eat-in kitchen, a handicap-accessible bedroom and bath, and parking for 8 cars.

The owners have thought of your every need. There is central a/c and a total of 8 TVs. Each of the queen bedrooms has a SMART TV. There is a 65" SMARTĀ  TV in the great room as well as a SMART TV in the living room. In addition to the 6.5 baths, two of the bedrooms have a private sink. Spruce Hill is a 5,000 square foot home.

One well-supervised team party is welcomed.
