Perfect location to ride at Baileys!
Benton's of the Baileys was a perfect place to stay for some mountain biking at Baileys. (Which are great trails!) V close to Athens for a drive or bike into town for dinner or whatever. The host was super welcoming and thoughtful. Cabin was clean and v comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

Nice cabin
Really nice cabin, very clean and cozy. Beautiful getaway. We didn’t have service so we were unable to communicate with the host. We got the impression they were wonderful but since we couldn’t communicate we weren’t able to say what we needed. The bathhouse had zero water pressure; it was basically a drip.

Great get away
This place is a great cabin to stay. The lack of running water was no problem due to supplied drinking water and cleaning water at an outside sink. Great place to feel that you are "off the grid" but not really off the grid! Our 4 wheel drive truck made it up to cabin just fine. Not sure if our minivan would of though so the "need 4X4" is right! The "no TV" is what I really liked!

Fantastic location and cabin
We had a great time. The cabin is near tons of outdoor activities like hiking and swimming. Hocking Hills is beautiful. The cabin was very clean and the host went above and beyond with hospitality. There are tons of extras like a water cooler with hot water on tap, coffee, creamer, even marshmallow roasters. If you are looking for something between camping and staying at a hotel then this cabin is perfect. You can have a camp fire in the evening and still enjoy air conditioning. Highly recommend this location and Keith couldn’t be a nicer host.

Great spot
Nice cabin. No running water but they made up for it with available water jugs, powered kitchenette, and bath house just down the driveway. The place was mostly clean, but the air filter on the AC unit needs a good wash down, and the carpet under the window behind the king bed needs to be vacuumed.

Cozy Cabin
This was such a cozy little cabin! The host was very responsive, answering all my questions and quickly responding to texts while we were there. The ladders were easy to use, there was a friendly outside cat who greeted us, and the hosts provided everything we needed. The composting toilet was not a problem and had no odor. The beds were very comfortable. I’d bring matches, the wood burning stove was a little hard to light using a lighter. Once we got it going, it gave off a lot of heat! It was pretty chilly outside but inside was snug and warm. Close to Athens and to Hocking Hills. 5 stars!!

We had power out in town and provided all resolutions to help us. I will come back again and thanks Keith. Jay

Beautiful property, great getaway!
Beautiful property-- tucked away on a hill and far from any noise. Very clean and the local farm cat was constantly keeping us company when we'd walk around outside--woke up to her ride outside the door every morning! She was a sweety. No running water in the home, the toilet took a little getting used to but it worked very well. The showers were a short walk away and were a little chilly (we visited in March, so it's still pretty cold overall). Bed was super comfy and we stayed nice and toasty in the home. Had to get creative washing dishes but we made it work--cooking was easy, it's not a gas stove. We went hiking at Hocking Hills about 30 min away. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The hosts were so helpful anytime we needed anything as small as a lighter for the grill to a cookie sheet for the oven. We will be back!!!

All over GREAT getaway!! Beautiful cabin away from everything in the woods❤️ Keith was awesome! He met us on arrival to make sure we could make it up the hill, texted to check on us, to see how things were going and if we needed anything. We just loved it and weren’t ready to come back home. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved it!
The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Quaint and quiet. Very rustic but that’s what we wanted. No surprises, the host was very easy to contact. You should know you need an AWD vehicle to get up to the cabin or you’ll have a bit of a hike. The shower house was fantastic and it was overall a great experience! The cat cupcake was a fun added guest for our GS troop adventure. We hiked all day Saturday and came back to enjoy the evening playing board games and having fun. Thank you so much for having us!
