Sunny 2 room apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Millstatt

The 67m² apartment impresses with an optimal room layout. The centerpiece is the large living / dining room. Furthermore, the apartment has an extra kitchen with a new fitted kitchen and electrical appliances, a bedroom, two anterooms, living room with pull-out couch, a bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet.
It also has an approximately 20 m² large, south-facing balcony, from which there is an impressive view of Lake Millstatt and the mountain ranges in the distance. If you want, it is great to take your daily meals and you can enjoy the beautiful view over Lake Millstatt. You can also use a 14 m² cellar compartment where you can park bicycles or other items.
The apartment is in a central and sunny location above Millstatt. The place Millstatt offers various Shops, very good restaurants, bank, doctors, pharmacy etc. The lake shore of Lake Millstatt as well as the public bathing establishment including natural bathing beach and the newly built "Badehaus Millstatt" are located next to it, just 5 minutes away on foot. There is also a large grocery store, the pyramid coffee, 6 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, etc.! For golfers, the 18-hole golf course Millstätter See is only 10 minutes away. There is a beautiful bike path and walkway along the lake where you can also ride rollerblades. Not far away, above Millstatt, there is a very nice and cozy tavern with good food and a sensational view of Lake Millstatt. The area is also ideal for hiking and mountain bikers. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski areas Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg and Gerlitzen can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. They are among the most beautiful and most family-friendly ski areas in Austria. Due to the proximity to Italy, day trips are possible at any time.

Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and with anything one might need. The view was just gorgeous and overall this was a great experience. Also, the host was very relaxed and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely holiday!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da was man benötigt und wir durften sogar mit unserer 4 Monate Tochter anreisen obwohl eigentlich erst Kinder ab 3 Jahren erlaubt sind. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und den tollen Ausblick auf den Millstätter See genießen.

Super Blick auf den See und die Berge
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge vom Balkon aus ist traumhaft. Ein kleines Manko hat die Wohnung, das genannte Kellerabteil liegt 1,5 Stockwerke unterhalb der Eingangstür. Da es keinen direkten Zugang zum Keller von außen gibt, hätten wir unsere E-Bikes über die 1,5 Stockwerke im Treppenhaus rauf- bzw. runtertragen müssen. Wir haben uns dann entschieden die Fahrräder auf dem Balkon der Wohnung (ca. 10 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung) abzustellen, da es vor dem Haus auch keine Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeiten gibt.

Wij hebben oud en nieuw gevierd in dit mooie appartement. Het was schoon, fris, rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht was prachtig en zelfs in de winterzon zit je heerlijk op het balkon. Veel gewandeld en volop ski mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Een aanrader dus

Heel mooi verblijf gehad. Appartement was tip top in orde. Proper alles aanwezig, groot en goed bereikbaar. In de buurt ook voldoende winkelsen terrasjes. Activiteiten zijn er ook voldoende, je moet wel telkens zo een 40 km rojdwn maar dat gaat perfect.hou er wel rekening mee, alles is te betalen maar ook alles. Parking, een bergpanorama, enz... maar wel de moeite om te doen. Verblijf zelf is een grote aanrader.

Appartement hat großen Wohn-/Essraum, Schlafzimmer m. grossem Schrank, 20 qm Balkon, kleine aber komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie Bad m. Wanne, Bidet und WC sowie extra WC. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher, Geschirr, Besteck und Geräte und alles gepflegt/neuwertig. Geschmackvoll renoviert. Fernseher im Verhältnis zur Raumgröße / Sitzabstand etwas klein. Panoramafenster im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Davor Fliegengitter, Jalousie und Markise. Herrlicher Ausblick. Unterhalb vorbeiführende Straße manchmal Verkehrslärm.

Bij binnenkomst waren we overrompeld zoals het er zo mooi en groot uitzag, in een woord geweldig. het mooiste vond ik het balkon over de volledig breedte van het appartement, en een mooi uitzicht over het meer. en je kon kiezen om in de zon te zitten, of de schaduw te kiezen. er stond zelfs een flesje wijn voor ons klaar. voor de rest was alles voorzien van vaatwasmachine tot wasmachine en droger, bad, douche en een grote slaapkamer en een complete keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. dit was de eerste keer dat we een appartement geboekt hebben, en het is goed bevallen. klein minpunt: als je slecht ter been bent dan kun je niet effen naar het meer lopen en terug.
