We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Upon entering the room, we did not feel the room was cleaned. Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. Ceiling had mold and dirty spots. Overall, we didnā€™t enjoy our stay.

Worst place to stayā€¦ We wonā€™t be staying here again. Our room was filthy and dirty. The bedsheets had stains, towels had stains and even the pull out bed had crumbs and stains. Our fridge had like juice stains on the bottom and it didnā€™t even work.

There was no refrigerator or microwave except coffee maker which had only two sugar sachets and two creamers. Next day I had to ask cleaning lady to give me extra sugar sachets and creamer. Ice machine was broken,I had to go to third floor to get ice. Carpet in room was dirty and stains were visible. Bath tub had mold.

Sheraton so outdated. What happened?
The price for the hotel is too expensive especially when the hotel looks so outdated. They don't maintain the luxury feel anymore. It's so dark in the parking lot because of broken street parking lights, even inside the hotel, there are a lot of burned-out light bulbs. The bathroom is so outdated. My generous 4-star was just because the front desk lady who helped me was very friendly and accommodating, other than that I would have given this hotel a lower rating.
