This modern, first-level unit includes a large porch with patio furniture, a gas fireplace, in-unit laundry, WiFi, and a 50” flat-screen TV. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus a queen-sized cabinet bed in the main living area. Off-street parking is available, with additional street parking and a bus stop just one block away. Cable service is provided through AT&T Direct Stream.
Please Note: Despite being updated, the unit is in an older home with wooden floors. Some noise from the unit above may be heard. The upstairs unit is also a rental; while the house rules discourage late-night parties and emphasize respect for the downstairs unit, noise from large groups can still occur. If noise is a concern, you might want to explore other listings that better fit your preferences.
Loud or late-night parties are not permitted to ensure a respectful environment for the upstairs residents. For those seeking a party atmosphere, a hotel may be a better option.
