Had a quick day trip to Milwaukee,& needed a place to stay with friends that won’t break the bank. Plenty of space for 4 adults to move around in. Mini fridge & microwave in room. Continental breakfast in the morning. Comfortable king size beds for all.

Cheaper option that's not too bad
This place is fine for a cheap option. It is within a mile and a half of downtown, provides parking for free (which saves you a bunch vs downtown), provides free breakfast, (just don't expect much), and has decent rooms. Do accept that for that price you are going to get other guests who also like THAT price. (i.e. partiers) so it may be noisy at night. Personally though it wasn't bad for me and I would recommend it if you are looking to stay on the cheaper side of things yet still be near downtown.

Our room didn’t have hand soap. We asked the front desk twice for hand soap. The front desk person disappeared into the back room to look for soap and never came back. Hotel looks dirty and has a weird smell to it.

Oh No...
People live in this hotel, there a Addicts sitting in the lobby and parking lot... I don't know if the projects are directly across the street, but it definitely has a Project Vibe... Requested a late check out ahead of time (1pm), housekeeping comes knocking at 11, front desk says they can only push it to 11:30... If I hadn't ever been anywhere in life I would've been impressed with this place, but I can see where they cut corners in the remodel... I have no plans EVER staying here again... Plus the suite I booked was not the suite I got... Don't believe the pictures, research the area on Google Maps... It's "Downtown Adjacent" not Downtown...

The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The lobby, room, bathroom and hallway look absolutely nothing like the pics. The room is half the size (you couldn’t even fit a chair in the room), the beds have a metal base so anytime you get close to the bed and touch it, it is so loud. There was no soap in the room and when we asked the front desk, we were told they are completely out. The smell of the hotel about knocked you out as soon as you walked in the door. It had a very strong smell of weed and also cigarettes. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel for work and stay in many hotels in many different areas and I’ve never seen anything like this before. The pics on the website should be taken down and put the actual pics of the hotel so guests can choose for themselves the actual quality of the room.
