These rooms need some updates. The bathroom shower was horrible. I was actually scared to even think about taking a shower. The detachable shower head wasn’t even attached to a holder in the wall, it just hung down. It was a walk in shower which is nice but the little lip to possibly stop water from coming out looked like it was all moldy and coming off.

Garbage in the limited spaced parking lot never got emptied was overflowing. Got back from our concert to no parking. Dirty laundry sat in a ball in the hallway our entire stay. Quite the eye sore. Told we got upgraded but room had holes in the wall at the base of the room. Water ripples in the wall/paint closest to first bed. Beds literally sounded like they were set on large file cabinets. Dirty towels with #2 marks on them and leftover hairs. Sink wouldn’t drain. Limited options on free breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood was not good nor safe per locals.

My stay was "okay" with nothing particularly bad or good about the property. Staff members were nice and the complimentary hot breakfast was good. Conveniently located near downtown Milwaukee with a lower price point versus other downtown hotels.

HD Festival Trip
I took my son to a festival at Veterans Park and was able to get back and forth with the help of the staff who had a shuttle bus ready for us, breakfast was great overall definitely recommend for your next stay in Milwaukee

It is a room to sleep. Unusual carpet, the bathroom stand-in shower, sink and toilet colors are not the same. All the floors feel wet, need bathroom sandals to be in this room. Smoke smell outside the room and outside the hotel is disgusting. Beds are comfortable. Stand-in shower has a hand held shower that can't be held.. you can just drop it down. not very well maintained for the price you pay.

It was terrible. The receptionist was rude, I stead of being at the front desk there was a child that had to go and call the parent so she could come. The rooms were so dirty and terrible odor. The electric outlets were not working and lose cables. We weren't able to stay there longer than 5 minutes. TERRIBLE PLACE

no shuttle to Summerfest
we came for a concert at the American Family insurance ampitheater. When I called about the shuttle they said it ran until 11 pm, however when we got there they said it only goes 2 miles so they couldn't take us. so we had to get an uber. the shower curtain doesn't keep the water in the shower either, so we ended up getting water all over the tile floor. room temp was excellent, beds were very comfy. the check out person this morning did not appear to like her job or want to be there. we checked out this morning 7/29/24.

DO NOT stay here! We stayed for one night. At 2:30 am we were awoken by loud guests. The guests screamed, slammed doors, yelled and what sounded like hit one another for almost two hours. We called the front desk several times and no one answered. We felt unsafe as we couldn’t see who or what was happening in the hallway. We did not call the police as we didn’t know again what was happening. We were trapped in our room. No one from the hotel EVER contacted us. Not a note. Not a morning phone call. We spoke with a manager in the morning who reported the noise disturbance was inebriated guests. He had threatened to kick them out and they pleaded for him not to. He listened to them. Rather than protecting and supporting us and other guests, he actively chosen to leave us feeing unsafe. We obviously didn’t sleep well. We were NOT offered anything to recoup our stay other than a “thanks for understanding.” Ridiculous. Additionally the hotel need rehab. It is old and dark and the kitchen looks dirty and was left open so anyone could enter it.

Dirty. Smelly. No hot water in shower at all. Even after 15 minutes running. Fridge clanked and clunked all night - terrrible - one party of our three didn’t even stay and got a different room elsewhere.
