Valet guys were friendly & fast. Check-in desk attendant was great. Check-out desk attendant did not want to be there, did not make eye contact, sat down and was on her phone before and after helping us. Property was great - clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice lobby.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. Visiting in June I would expect to cool down if needed but that wasn’t the case. The thermostat in our room didn’t go below 70 and there was no option to have the fan continuously running for airflow - kind of a necessity when it’s so warm out!

Nice clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Can’t speak to breakfast as I missed that. Although I could smell it and I was getting hungry from that alone. Parking is difficult since it’s downtown theirs no real easy lot to park. One parking structure behind the business that you have to walk around the block to. Hotel parking is on third level and there are no elevators so hopefully you don’t mind stairs with your luggage. They do have valet parking which the guys are super friendly and careful with your car. However after tax it’s like $41 per night after tax. I could get my self to pay that. Over all though it’s very convenient if going to summerfest grounds multiple days it even walking distance. I stayed here last year and that’s why I choose to stay here again.
