You’ll be very comfortable in this 2-level, 2200 sq ft unit, featuring 2 large living spaces and a spacious dining area. Enjoy the peaceful historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood from the patio off the living room. The unit includes 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Additionally, there are bunk beds in the lower-level family room that accommodate 4 more guests. The master bedroom is lofted and has a king bed, with the master bath featuring a shower and soaking tub. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and an office space, plus a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room.

* Neighborhood:
Historic Brewer's Hill is a charming, tree-lined area with beautiful homes from the early 20th century. It used to be home to many beer brewers, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is quiet but walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. It’s perfect for those coming to enjoy events like Summerfest, Bastille Days, or a Bucks or Brewers game.

*Parking Information:
The unit includes a private 2-car garage with an additional space in front, allowing for a total of 3 parking spots. Ample street parking is also available, and Milwaukee offers Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar, with a station just 8 blocks away. Uber and Lyft services are readily accessible.

*Additional Information:
- Full Private Access: Enjoy exclusive use of the unit, patio, and garage. The yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with 2 other units.

Five good friends got together to explore Milwaukee and catch-up. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and a nice garage. Having 3 bathrooms was great. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and would rent it again.

This property was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, quiet, and wonderfully decorated. Our 4 teens loved the privacy of the basement. Property manager is kind and courteous and an excellent host! Close to many attractions!

WONDERFUL
This is a very spacious house for a larger group. We had 10 there, and never felt like we were cramped for space. It has a wonderful kitchen/dining/living space. This unit, number 1, is the main floor of the house as well as space in the basement. The master bed was very comfortable, as were the others. The showers are AMAZING - water pressure is so powerful, I wish I could take it home with me! The host is very responsive. We had three parking spaces available, though we only needed two. We had a dedicated 2-car garage for our use. The location is wonderful and so accessible to everything we were there to do! Could not recommend this location more! You will not regret it!

Milwaukee’s Best for Hosting a Family Gathering
My daughter’s wedding was in Milwaukee and my family came from Michigan to help with the flowers and decorations. This house was the perfect place to host them and central to the church and the reception. The space was clean, beautifully appointed, spacious, quiet and had 3 parking spots included. There were 12 of us and it never felt crowded. There were plenty of towels, shampoo and soap and extra blankets. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in Milwaukee.

We stayed in Brewers Hill for Marquette graduation weekend and it was perfect for our family of 6. Super spacious, we easily could have had a few more people. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was neat and tidy. I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

My family and I loved this space! It was large, modern and clean. We had plenty of space with a large living room, dining roman kitchen all connected. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The basement offered a lot of space for play and an additional bedroom with bath and bunks for sleeping. Great quiet location. the garage was perfect for our vehicle We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful neighborhood in close proximity to SO much!
Spacious, clean, well maintained property in a friendly neighborhood! Managers were friendly and so easy to work with. They stayed on top of communicating with us making sure we had no issues, concerns, or questions. Close to so much to do...including several places to walk to... places to eat, breweries, adult arcade, and more! We will be back!!

This is a good place to gather with a medium sized group...we had a family gathering for a birthday and enjoyed the spaciousness of it. As is stated there are other units in the building and you can occasionally hear movement but didn't bother us in the least. Like that we could use the 2 car garage with this unit as well. Communication from the host is VERY good and fast. Would use it again...thanks Lisa!

Great place to stay!
We were minutes from downtown. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels. While the pictures are nice, the place is actually larger than what it appears from the pictures. Our group of 8 was more than comfortable in the place for the 4 days that we stayed there.

Very nice property! Great location, very clean and plenty of room.
Would rent this place again. One thing to note if you are planning to cook make sure you bring all spices etc. not anything left for basic kitchen cooking.
