The facility is absolutely beautiful! It was nice to have the hotel app for hotel information, however we were informed at the desk that we couldn’t check in with it since we used the Expedia app to make the room reservation. Prior to our arrival, we had an upgrade to an amazing room. The hotel was great with conservation, which is important to us. Our breakfast was delicious with very friendly and efficient staff. Checkout was easy, our silver status credit was applied at checkout, the gal was super sweet and discreet. Overall an amazing experience!

The Pfister was an amazing property. The beauty of the lobby is out of this world and the staff were all so attentive and friendly. Cannot wait to stay again!

Outstanding hotel
Absolute beautiful hotel. Everyone is so kind and they treat you very well. They even had little gift bags for the kids!

Excellent as long as you avoid last floor
Generally Very nice. However, for this visit I would say avoid last floor rooms due to Jazz restaurant that will make a lot of noise in the room and you won’t be able to sleep easily.
