A well presented and clean property. The owner was very attentive and pleasant on arrival.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house and the local area is wonderful. The host was a lovely lady that answered any of our questions. The host even helped us with our appalling French! We would certainly come back.

Sehr schöne 2 Wochen im Sommer
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben besonders ausgiebig den Pool genutzt. Der Garten rund um den Pool ist sehr schön angelegt, so dass man sich dort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand. Besonderer Dank geht an Marie-Claire, die sich stets umgehend und um alle unsere Belange gekümmert hat

super maison de vacances
La maison bien entretenue et bien équipée, avec une belle piscine chaude et un jardin bien entretenu avec de beaux arbustes et de belles fleurs, est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, tout près de la rivière. Les pistes cyclables commencent devant la maison et vous pouvez rejoindre la mer en quelques minutes avec des vélos, qui sont fournis par les propriétaires. La propriétaire, très sympathique et attentive, nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils sur ce qu'il faut faire, voir et trouver à Mimizan Plage. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Mimzan Plage et nous pouvons recommander vivement la maison et les propriétaires sympathiques.

Endroit spacieux et bien entretenu
Maison et jardin sont très soignés et très spacieux. La cuisine est très bien équipée, on a surtout apprécié le grill au gaz. La propriétaire est très sympathique et discrète. On a passé une bonne semaine de vacances ici on peut bien recommander l’endroit !

Je recommande vivement cette location. En effet ayant séjourné 1 semaine nous avons était très cordialement accueilli. La propriétaire qui loge a l'étage est vraiment très gentille et discrète tout en etant disponible pour la moindre question ou le moindre détail. Située dans un endroit calme et à proximité des pistes cyclables et pédestre,a 2 km de mimizan plage.nous avons trouvé dans ce logement tous ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer une excellente semaine.ma famille et moi garderons un magnifique souvenir de cette trop courte semaine.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool und traumhaftem Garten
Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen sehr erholsamen und wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Hierzu trug neben der guten Ausstattung des Wohnbereichs besonders der saubere Pool samt Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen und der gepflegte Garten bei. Während die Kinder das Studio außerhalb des Haupthauses in Beschlag nahmen, saßen die Erwachsenen bis spät abends draußen. Tagsüber kann das tolle Fahrradwegenetz rund um Mimizan mit den zum Haus gehörenden Fahrrädern erkundet werden oder man radelt eben "nur" bis zum 2 km entfernten Atlantik - beides macht Spaß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit - ihr fällt wirklich bei allen Situationen eine gute Lösung ein. Wir bedanken uns bei ihr ganz herzlich für zwei tolle Wochen im Acquitaine!

Einziger WehmutsTropfen, die naheliegende Papierfabrik, die je nach Wind sehr unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet, schade den die Unterkunft ist super .

Accueil très chaleureux par des propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets et à la fois très présents en cas de besoin; une propriété bien entretenue, dans un endroit très calme et bien situé à proximité de la piste cyclable; des équipements en parfait état; La réalité correspond tout à fait à la description faite dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et souhaitons revenir. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
