Lovely hotel
It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

家族旅行
家族旅行（小4、年長）で2泊しました。 あまり口コミを読まずに行き失敗しました。サイトの写真は最新のモダンな雰囲気でしたが、実際は古いホテルを部分的に綺麗にしただけで、部屋にはUSBポートも無く、ソファや家具も日焼けをしていたり所々ハゲていたりして写真とはだいぶ乖離がありました。 またプールも更衣室のロッカーが錆びていたり床がヌルヌルしていてとても不潔で、子供も2回目は遊びに行きたがらなかったほどです。 食事はバイキングでしたが、夕食朝食共にメニューが全く変わらず連泊には不向きなホテルでした。 夏の最盛期だったせいかいかにもアルバイトな人も多く、接客もイマイチでした。 値段を考えればそれなりな気もしますが、家族4人で2泊したのでそこそこの金額を支払った事と、サイト写真とのギャップがあまりにもあり、総合的には残念な滞在となりました
