Brand new in 2022, you enter into the open plan kitchen, dining, living area with the kitchen coming very well equipped having a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and coffee machine as well as all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal at any time of day! The dining area leads to the living area which has comfortable sofas, large smart TV, electric fire and French doors leading to your decked balcony area. Off the rear hallway you have two twin bedrooms, both with wardrobe and smart TV’s, a family shower room with spacious shower cubicle and the master bedroom, with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, smart TV and en-suite toilet. Outside, you have your decking area with table and chairs while to the side you have a lawned area, patio with table and chairs and access to the lake directly behind.
Set on the Butlins Minehead resort, you have the option to buy entertainment passes for a small fee (purchased from the resort directly) which enables you to make use of all the fantastic facilities on offer such as a large indoor swimming complex with slides, wave machine and lazy river, outdoor splash park, endless shows and entertainment, restaurants, bars and so much more! A short level walk will take you into Minehead town centre and beach where you will find many more shops, bars, restaurants and amusements as well as the West Somerset Steam railway where you can chug merrily for miles along the coastline and through the countryside, a great day out for all the family!
