Rose Cottage is part of Woodcombe Lodges, a family-owned business offering 4-star self-catering accommodation. There are 8 self-catering cottages on site, set in 3 acres of gardens on a peaceful lane, it's only a 5-minute drive from Minehead's shops, pubs, and restaurants, with the beach nearby.

There is a shared laundry room on site. Please respect personal space. You need £1 coins for the machines which the owners can supply on request at the door.

Outdoor Description
The front of the cottage has a lawn with table and chairs. There is also full access to the grounds.

Ample parking is available within 70 yards of the door.

Restricted mobility
Single storey with level walk from the car park. One small step into bathroom and bedroom. The shower is over the bath so may be an issue.

Exit in case of emergency
Exit rhough main door or if necessary through downstairs windows.
