Para ser ruim tinha que piorar mais
Atendimento na chegada foi bem mal realizado pelo funcionário, ficou me questionando o porquê de eu ter pegado o quarto mais caro por um valor inferior, ficou perguntando por qual aplicativo foi feito a reserva, informei e ele me falou outro. Tive que dar meu CPF pois na encontrava o quarto. O quarto nada muito impressionante para toda essa especulação, somente espaço. Outra observação e que foi designado um quarto para 3 e não para duas pessoas. Outra situação constrangedora foi no checkout a atendente me cobrar que um outro hóspede estava devendo no hotel, eu informei que ele não estava conosco. Referente ao café da manhã, café frio, não tinha leite, tinha outros hóspedes reclamando das mesmas coisas.
