I woke up in the middle of the night by something hitting my face. I turned the lights on and there were 100ā€™s of ladybugs/asian beetles in my room. Told management in the morning and they did nothing.

The hot breakfast options were nice. The hot tub was closed and that was one of the reasons our team selected to stay here. Some of the towels and wash cloths were stained off-white. The person who checked us was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty, previous guests dirty towels haning in bathroom, shampoo and conditioner were empty. Breakfast food had minimal options.

Did not appreciate a passive aggressive note on ice machine in lobby after i filled a small cooler with ice. I paid more than a fair price to stay there and if i need ice i will get what i need, if yhe management has a problem with that they need to find a different line of work.

The proprietor was not at the front desk when we arrived. You had to call for him on a phone. The instructions for doing this were clear. Breakfast was ok. Several lightbulbs were burned out through out the hotel. The air conditioning was not plugged in. Two conditioners instead of shampoo. Not a big deal until your in the shower. Just an ok place.

Couldnā€™t even stay there, cause we had someone under 18 with us, and we werenā€™t her guardians. Had to stay somewhere else. Asked for money back with this protection plan we purchased, but said they could not cause I booked from a third party. Very sad and unfortunate. That was no where posted on their website, or Expediaā€™s website.
