ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO. They say the offer a pool and hot tub both were closed down for days were told that they should be up and running by day three. Only the pool was opened in the evening. The breakfest was a joke only offered milk, brown bread and eggs. Plus we needed tickets to get breakfast The room was outdated with lots of things broken, tv didnt work properly, couldnt use the phone, lights burnt out and light fixures were coming off the ceiling. On top of that our key cards didnt work had to go up to the front desk multiple times to get it re set. By our last night they had to use a master key to let us in. Do Not stay here its not worth it!!!

Room # 211 After I check in the room it was very dirty so I informed the front desk about the room and the lady at the front desk told me they will clean but nothing was done I ask the second day if it was clean but it was very disappointment to find out still its not cleaned. I have picktures to proof it and also the notes at the front desk need to get my money back

When we got to our room the tv didn’t work. Would not connect to the internet. Went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Went to the front desk and they switched our room. Got to the second room and the tv turned on but static. The bed looked like someone had slept in it.

Understaffed and it was apparent that it stressed those that were there out. This understaffing led us to have limited towels in the room and the pool was closed. The room had missing appliances and the mirror was broken.
