There is nothing wrong with the area. We thought it was nice. We are just out state Minnesota people so we prefer the quiet natural! Seemed like a good location. Was an easy drive to the stadiums. The parking wasn't too far away. The small "square" suite that we had was fine for us. We would prefer something larger in the future, but worked fine for the small amount of time we were there. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, and overall location worked well for us. Clean hotel which ultimately is the most important thing!

Staff always extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby furniture was worn and dated, as were the room furniture and decor. The carpets were dirty throughout the hotel, the sink and shower in our room were both dirty, the room was very dusty, (tables, night stands, shelves) the shower fixtures were dated, (faucet, shower head) and tiles and shower floor were worn. There was a large bee hive outside the bedroom window, where it appeared bees enter entering the building near the 6th floor elevator area.

Never change the date on your reservation
The check-in was a cluster. I had changed the reservation date. The AI assistant closed the old reservation but when I got to the hotel they did not have the new one even though it was on my itinerary. I eventually got a room but I could not find a hotels.com phone number to help straiten it out.

The breakfast was awesome. Also had a little kickback snack available in the evening, which was perfect for us one night when we needed something small. It was a nicer hotel than we anticipated for the price paid.
