We walked to the Ordway and the science museum easily. Fun vibe in the area. Friendly prompt service, valet parking was reasonable and convenient. Nice breakfast too.

Refused refund even though the entire world shut down due to an IT catastrophe. No flights into MSP via Delta and now I’m stuck holding the bag. Absolutely unacceptable considering the circumstances. It seems like there would be some level of compassion, but none was afforded.

If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

Very nice
It was very nice! Room was clean, check in woman was absolutely wonderful ! Pool was clean. Kids loved it. Only problem we had was valet. I called ahead to have the vehicle brought up at 730 for the hospital and it wasn't there. They didn't get it until we were down there. We were late for our appointment. Overall the hotel was great
