Easily accessible with an outstanding shuttle service to and from the airport by friendly knowledgable drivers. Likewise, hotel staff are top notch hospitality professionals well trained. The bed was so comfortable as was the room!

I like the Hilton hotels and try to stay at them for their cleanliness, good beds, etc., safety factor feel. Stayed at this one due to Mall of America closeness and I had grandsons with me, and park/fly option -- with transportation to and from hotel to airport.

Our check-in with Esther was quick and personable. She made us feel welcomed and that she would be available for service later on if everything wasn't satisfactory. Everything about our room was excellent altho we don't really like the squishy pillows. Otherwise A-plus.

Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room was small but well kept and bathroom was very clean and modern. Shuttle to Mall of America ran promptly every two hours and was also a convenient way to get to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again.
