The coffee creamer in our room was expired and I didn’t notice until after I drank the coffee. Unfortunately it made me sick afterwards. The chair in our suite was ripped and peeling and the phone charger bedside did not work. The phone in the room also did not work properly.

Not the best experience.
We stayed for 5 nights at the Hilton MSP Airport while we visited friends in the area. Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. We quickly discovered that the airport shuttle did not operate 24 hours as it was previously advertised on Hotels.com. We had to pay $30 for a 6 min Uber/Lyft. Upon check-in, they put us in a room with two double beds when we had paid for the upgrade to a King bed. The next morning I had asked to be switched to the room we paid for and was told none were available. After speaking to the manager, we were finally moved to the correct room. Management blamed Hotels.com. Unfortunately, there were maintenance issues with the room from a broken mini-fridge, leaky faucet, and flickering light bulb that made us feel as if we were in a rave. We just gave up after letting the front desk know of these issues. The hotel does not have icemakers on the floors, but they do provide free bags of ice, which would be nice if the mini fridge worked. The bathroom was also VERY small. We did appreciate the staff at the restaurant, very friendly and accomodating.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is warm and kind, and very professional. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, and their convenient parking and airport shuttle options have made my travels so painless. I will always prefer to stay at this hotel when staying in Minneapolis.

I thought the facility was amazing. Very clean and inviting when you walk in. The front desk staff was SO sweet and kind. The convenience store was one of the best I have ever seen and I've been in 100s of hotels. Plenty of options and treats. My only complaint was that there wasn't a microwave IN the room, which I needed for the purpose of my stay. But not everyone needs to heat up meals and the walk down to the store to heat up my food was fine. Thanks for a great stay!
