Good hotel with an amazing gym. Very clean with good staff members. It's located downtown, but in a quieter section. If I had to give one critique, it would be that the room was a little smaller than I expected, though my partner and I had no problem with it.

The staff was so great; had made a huge effort to manage a computer error; they were very professional and handled it quickly despite it being very overwhelming. The rooms are huge and so comfortable; but would love a much greater variety of music, was the same loop of 80’s music for hours.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomidating to us. Have nothing negative to say about them! The gym has high end equipment and is MASSIVE. It was a bit warm in there but it is an old building.

Good location, but reception doesn’t have same coffee/snack options as some Hyatts. Room was nice but not cleaned while I was there. Room had little or no daylight due to close proximity of other buildings.

The hotel is lovely, with updated and stylish rooms that are very quiet. The friendly and helpful staff make the stay enjoyable. Additionally, there’s a spacious workout room on an entire floor. However, it’s worth noting that parking in the Northstar Ramp, advertised at $28 per night, can quickly add up. Despite expecting to pay around $56 for two nights, the total due was unexpectedly $84 due to the daily cap after just a few hours of parking.
