I was very disappointed with the check-in process. They did not have enough staff checking in people. I checked-in over an hour after check-in time and my room nor my friend's room was ready. They just shrugged it off and it felt like "whatever". I received a text 5 minutes later saying it was ready. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes in line before I could get the keys. My friend never received a text saying their room was ready, but when they checked at the desk, it had been ready for a while. They told us at check-in that our rooms would be on the same floor (that is all we asked for) and when it was time to check-in we were on separate floors. They also did not have any luggage carts, and the parking ramp is not exactly close. The rooms were nice and clean. Once I returned to the hotel after the concert, it was chaos. They have 4 elevators, however people who were using the parking ramp were accessing the elevators too. There were not any stairs that we could find, otherwise I would have accessed them. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to get on an elevator. I don't think I would purposely stay at this hotel again, unless I didn't have other options.

Because the property was downtown, we found it difficult to find restaurants open in the evening. Also, hotel parking was expensive ($28 per nite). A lot 1 block away was only $15.

I’ve never rented a hotel before and their staff were so kind and informable. The room was great, the only problem was the accessibility my disabled mom ended up sleeping on the pull out couch because the beds weren’t comfortable for her or able to hold her weight. However, the stay was amazing and they make a great breakfast in the morning!

Overall pretty good. Central to a lot an amenities. A few small things like had to ask for new towels on first night but we checked in on Saturday so were probably little busy. Wasn’t crazy about the parking setup.

Our 3rd time staying here, we love it every time. Rooms are spacious and we really enjoy the setup and the glass elevator up to the rooms. We can walk to the Vikings game and back pretty quickly. The pool is small but it was really warm. Breakfast Buffet is pretty good with many options to choose from. Parking is spendy, but it's downtown MPLS! The extra charge on the room at time of check-in of $100 per night for incidentals seems a bit excessive, but oh well. Our room wasn't the cleanest, there were scrapes on the wall and behind the fridge area there was a full bag of sunflower seeds poured out and not cleaned up. No biggie. We will be back!
