Clean and convenient but don’t expect good service
The hotel itself was nice. Comfy beds, clean, spacious, great location for getting on the Blueline to go downtown for events or to go to MOA. We walked a couples days to MOA as it’s only a 15 minute walk. My only issue was our room had over flowing garbages, no toilet paper, no tissues. We were there in a 5 day stay I get the no housekeeping, but they could do a comfort check and make sure we have the essentials on an extended stay!! I asked the front desk on our way out in the morning to replace those items in our room and she wrote down my # and items I requested. Upon our return 5 hours later nothing. I called front desk and asked for the items. We had to get to a show so while we were gone the items were tossed on the bed in a garbage bag . A box of tissues, roll of tp and no trash removed even though we were piling it up beside the can. So disappointed in this aspect of our stay.

I was initially impressed with the room's amenities and comfort on the first night. However, my experience took a disappointing turn over the next few days. Despite expecting daily housekeeping, I discovered that the room is only serviced every three days, which was not clearly disclosed when I booked. Unfortunately, this meant that my room went uncleaned and my bed unmade for two consecutive days. To make matters worse, when I requested fresh towels, the replacement took an unreasonably long time to arrive. While I hope that the establishment will take steps to improve their housekeeping schedule and communication, my stay was marred by these oversights. With a bit more attention to detail and transparency, I believe this could be a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
