2 of the 4 pillow cases had stains-GROSS! The carpet was dirty, as if they forgot to vacuum The ice machine on first floor was NOT working so everyone seemed to be using the one right by our room.

This hotel needs an update and badly. The carpet in the hallways is gross, no other way of saying it. While the rooms seemed to be clean, only one of the three rooms we had booked had a towel in it. So before anyone could shower - we had to roam the halls and find a staff member. Continental breakfast was bare-bones (which would have been fine) but the staff wasn't able to keep the items filled, which was surprising, cause it was never too busy in there, nor were there many items to fill. Most surprising was a sign at check-in that they were charging a $100 deposit (on top of the room rate) and then not refunding it for up to a week later. I stay in hotels often and have never had to pay a deposit before! Thought that's what taking your credit card for incidentals was for (which they also did!) Bottom line, I usually like LaQuinta hotels, but this one didn't not make that list!

Quick 1-night stay. This hotel is a frequent stop for my family and I when we visit the area. The property is reliably the same, a bit old and worn, but a good stay. The shuttle service to the MOA and airport is a timed service more than a call-at-will, but that's ok.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. I only spent about 8-9 hours as a guest: had an early flight to catch. The shuttle was a great amenity. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I needed to leave the hotel at 4 am for the airport.

The hotel is run down and not maintained. The beds are so old and worn out they all sink to the middle. We could smell cigarettes and marijuana all over.

When I pulled around the back of the hotel, there was someone breaking into a car. I go inside, tell the front staff, who did not seem surprised at all. The hotel was not up to date, the place was minimally cleaned. I did not get the single large bed that I reserved, instead I got a standard double bed room. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the lady doing breakfast. When I came in with my toddler, 5 minutes past closing, she made sure I got what I needed to feed her before cleaning up.

It had fleas I switched rooms and was still so itchy I have bites everywhere from this stay, but my ankles are the worst. The switches us rooms an gave us a nice room but it still was so horrible we stayed gone as long as we could but we couldn’t move or go to another we were stuck it was horrible
