Had to wait with 2 small children when checking in for at least 15 minutes due to the desk being unattended. Breakfast has gone downhill. Used to be better with more offerings. Hot tub has been boarded up for over a year and pool is cold. Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.

BED BUGS.Was there 4 hours. Nothing like the pictures. Whole place smells like weed and cigs. Front desk tells me weekend breakfast times twice, its Monday and I'm not scheduled to be there on the weekend. Laying in the bed for a few watching TV I noticed BED BUGS!!! checked out immediality

Nice view from the 15th floor we were on which was a surprise, and they were able to print a page I needed in 5 seconds, which was super helpful for a speech that evening.

The internet connection was very slow and poor. At breakfast in the morning, we had to leave right as breakfast started. There were no kids for the coffee cups so that we could take our coffee to go. In addition, our room was very noisy and anytime someone closed their I door it was quite loud. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Decent place to stay
Nothing fancy but it doesn't need to be. Affordable, safe place to stay by myself while visiting for an event at the Minneapolis Convention Center. I've never been to Minnesota before, so traveling here alone was new. It was overall a pretty comfortable place to stay. It was just noisy at night and needs some maintenance. My room got cleaned every day, free breakfast is included, the TV is pretty good and there's good availability of channels. Conveniently close to some shopping and gas stations. No major issues while I was here. There were brown stains on the blackout curtain though, so I guess be aware of that. Also the WiFi has no password and is just open, and it's very slow to a point where I couldn't work on my school assignment and had to wait til the next day to use the WiFi at the convention center instead. Still, it's a decent place to stay overall. I was on the 11th floor and the view is really pretty up there in my opinion. As a disabled single female, I was safe here, and that's the most important part to me.

No room service was completed no clean towels on the second day pool had floor mats instead of towels. First room smelled like someone had smoked in it. My key cards deactivated after the first night. The tub water stalled took really long to empty.
