The entire staff was amazing. The free breakfast was above average. Swimming pool was warm and I loved the fact that they have a toddler pool area. I will definitely stay here again

The hotel was newer and modern. The Hot tub was dirty and more like a bathtub. The breakfast was so disappointing and coffee was poor, if you could even call it coffee. So dissappointing.

We stayed here after a horrible stay in another property, but this was a perfect location for us. Great pet policy, very clean good breakfast, nothing but good things to say.

Overcharged , poor desk service

Our room wasn’t ready at 3 pm and we had to wait. We brought our pet, stayed one night and paid for 2 rooms. We were charged a pet fee of $50 and it should have been only $25. The pet was only in one room and with us the whole time. Breakfast was only from 6-9 and the house keeper wouldn’t budge a minute to let you get breakfast after 9. The hotel was full and our family of 5 totally missed breakfast. It was the holiday weekend I would expect them to keep it open longer especially when it was so busy. We were there to sleep only.

Manager was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Pool was cold, not heated. There were some stains around the bottom of the shower and the shower door. Overall…I’d stay there again

Slippery

The staff failed to maintain the side walks leading to me slipping and falling and injuring myself. The staff has no idea how to handle this type of incident.
