A horrible experience, it is safer on the street than inside this hotel, people fighting and screaming, the ceiling seems like it was going to break more creaks than an old door, every step of the people upstairs can be heard in the room, bad smell throughout the room, do not waste your money staying here, the staff is not very friendly or not at all friendly, they do not have the capacity to work in a hotel.

We arrived late at the hotel, because of flight delays. The night front desk attendant was back in another room, and I literally had to yell to get them to come out. Even calling the front desk while standing there didn't work. They give me a room, we go down to the room and the security lock has been used to prop the door open, and the room isn't clean. Go back to front desk, yell and wait for the person to come out. Get assigned a new room. Go to room, and the AC doesn't work, no lights, looks like its not even turning on. Go back to front desk, yell and wait for the person to come out. Get new room. Night desk person tells me he's sure this room has AC, and it does. It also has a big wet area in the carpet, and a sink overflowing with black "water". 3 strikes and we left.

Didn’t end up staying. Took three people just to check me in and they didn’t give me the room I booked. I booked two queens and they gave us the king they pull out bed. We walked in it had stains everywhere and cockroaches. Some of the lights didn’t even work.

The room had a bad smell to it. Multiple items were broken; toilet seat, ceiling fan pull chain to turn light on and off. The breakfast area was a mess; food and drink was not replenished. When I told the front desk lady the issues with our room before checking out, she didn't document anything and didn't seem to care.

The man who checked us in did a great job,I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out,you could tell he was stressed but he took our complaints and requests for different rooms in stride,that being said the suite we were put in had roaches but he immediately moved us once I talked to him. The new room wasn't the type we wanted but it was better than the suite despite the trash behind the dresser and the way all the drawers for the dresser were open like someone had already stayed in the room. The property is run down and in desperate need of renovations and deep cleaning,but the staff were excellent.

Bugs, mold, unhealthy room conditions, broken air conditioner, multiple people trying to check in and no rooms available after confirmed reservations, toilet backup, awful room smell, stains and extremely dirty floors/counters, refrigerator and microwave had multiple areas with dark mold as well as bugs, refrigerator had dirty cups and water in it...NEVER STAY HERE so much more we could say. Felt unsafe and found a new hotel as soon as possible.

Checking in took forever. The pool wasn’t even open and had not been for several months. There was burn holes in blankets, microwave had short in cord, water was leaking in fridge and was a puddle on top of pizza box. Lights didn’t have light bulbs in or some burnt out. Stains on couch and lamp shade. Black mold in bathroom Probably the worst hotel I have ever been in

WARNING! DO NOT stay at this property! Disgusting. Dirty. Gross. Dirty sheets and used towels hanging up already when I checked in. Mold all over the bathroom. Disgusting bubbles/glue substance covering the toilet seat. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Crumbs and dirt all over the hotel room. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks or longer. A ‘masseuse’ guest was offering naked massages with happy endings. By FAR the worst place I’ve ever stayed. If you’re thinking about staying here, you’d be better off renting a car and sleeping in there or just staying in the airport lobby for the night.

If you could give zero stars or negative stars that is what this deserves. As I was checking in, people were complaining. We got to our room and the chairs were dirty. The carpet was dirty. The sofa was dirty. The bed had make up stains and was dirty. The toilet was dirty. There were no towels in the room. There was an old air pod under the bed. The decaying dressers had dirt/bugs in the drawers. The sink had massive limescale stains. There was an unpleasant odor throughout. We left after 15 minutes and found another hotel.
