This was a good property with a good assortment of features. The room was a size and most of things needed for my trip. It was quiet as well. The property is well maintained. I used the facilities on the 18th floor. The view was amazing as well from there. It was also nice to have security in the building. The on site office and staff were great.

The perfect little ‘apartment!’
My son and I came here for his gymnastics meet. It was AWESOME! The cleanliness, the rooms, the full kitchen, having a washer and dryer in our space, it was everything we could have asked for and more! The service was excellent, the property was in a great location and was within walking distance of many different restaurants, shops and sports stadiums.

Beautiful, brand-new facility with beautiful views. They chose a nice fragrance for the building. It was little hard to figure out at first. The lack of human interaction was a bit odd but understandable given the times. The interaction I had with my attendant was pleasant. I thought our room had a pull-out couch, but it was just a couch. All in all, a very nice new facility that seems more suited for stays in the city using public transportaion.

Great stay after a not so good check-in.
Hotel was fantastic. The location was right across from the Twins Stadium. Our only dissatisfaction was we never received the email for entry and no one was there when we first got there. This is a hotel and apartment building. Operated separately. Overall recommend but not a great check-in procedure.

Overall great spot, but needs window treatment
Overall the building is nice. It's within walking distance to several bars/pubs, and you have a great view of the target stadium from the 18th floor if you wanted to watch a game. My only problem was that they need curtains over their windows. Their blinds they have, are see through, and the building this is attached to has lights on all night long, and it looks like it's early morning, even in the middle of the night. I woke several times in the middle of the night thinking it was 6 or 7am because it was so bright in the room with their flimsy blinds pulled down. The only close walkable place to pick up groceries or forgotten toothpaste is either Whole foods (about .5 miles) or a local market store that posts no prices, but charged $13 for toothpaste

Sonder is unmatched! This place is in the heart of MPLS, and the 18th floor lounge, deck, rec area is incredible. We loved our 1BR unit that was very spacious and well thought out. Highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. You are right above left field of Target Field and right next to the train.
