Stayed in a one bedroom with a balcony. The room had 2 bathrooms with showers. The king sized bed was comfortable. The living space had a kitchenette pull out sofa and table with 2 chairs. They had a parking space available for free in a nearby parking garage for free. The only thing I would have preferred having a 2nd tv in the bedroom. You login to the hotel and room using a keycode. The front desk staff were very nice and helped hold doors as we loaded are stuff into our vehicle. Location is walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and the Xcel Energy Center.

Started very poorly, when we could not get in the front door and when we could not find any staff at the front desk or any where else. After many telephone calls and emails from another guest, some one arrived nearly 2 hours after we managed to gain entry. After that the staff and the facilities were excellent.

Comfy beds, great parking options, close to the bus line. Love that it’s like a mini apartment and I didn’t have to worry about going out for every meal. Nice cooktop and amenities. I booked another week at Christmas.

This property has a lot going for it, nice staff, cute rooms, decent bed and pillows. . . Unfortunately it is Super loud. There is construction outside the building which isn't actually that bad noise wise, but the room I was in was close to the elevator and the laundry room and unfortunately not noise proofed at all. I could see large gaps under and around the door which meant that every time the elevator dinged, or the dryer ran, sometimes for hours at a time. . .I could hear it, people's conversations, slamming doors. . . The nice staff brought me a noise machine after I asked to be moved the first night (nothing else available apparently) but even keeping that thing on pretty loudly I couldn't drown out the noise coming from inside the building. I really wanted to like the Sonder, but with all the cute renovations they somehow forgot to make sure the doors sealed

Room was spacious, no AC during certain months should be stated at booking. Check in is all online and invasive. Shower heads had little to no pressure, bathroom had yellow drip marks.

They give you a super long code to enter at the doors to get in that will take you 5 minutes to get in correctly. They also use a third party as well as themselves to reserve and to check you in, this mass amount of personal information isn't necessary and quite frankly in invasive, so I will look elsewhere next time.

The room was quite adequate but a bit spare. It had a nice balcony, which I did not get a chance to use. Check in was a bit complicated, being all electronic, especially because I was unaware that I had been sent an email with instructions. Parking was inconvenient, as it was not close, and not geared toward someone with a physical handicap. The desk clerk, however, did an excellent job of getting me a more accommodating place to park. Overall, now that I know the “drill”, I would stay there again.
