Open floorplan studio apartment above the garage, with full bath, kitchen, and a fireplace perfect for a Stillwater getaway. The apartment offers a queen-sized bed, a new 65” TV and a comfortable sofa in front of a gas fireplace.

New carpeting and a new TV set up with internet access via Chromecast for streaming were recently added. It's an awesome place to watch a game or movies.

Enjoy a one-mile scenic walk through the picturesque neighborhood to downtown Stillwater, the beautiful St. Croix River and a terrific selection of shopping and restaurants. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Although you dont stay in it, the old victorian home is stunning and the plethora of wild flowers has a fairytale feeling. The apartment is private, spacious, clean, homey, accomodating and quite perfect.

Loved Brian's place. The loft is decorated really nicely and is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. My husband really enjoyed the Keurig machine and k-cups provided. Brian was a great host, very detailed check in and out instructions and also provided some great options for restaurants and bakeries as well as local entertainment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do which was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful historical home and neighborhood. The unit was a full apartment above the garage. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. Hosts were wonderful. Very responsive and excellent communication. Additionally they are personable, accommodating, helpful, and gracious. About 0.7 miles from downtown and we walked back and forth. Also 4 places to eat about 2 blocks away and those were great places. Definitely will stay here again!

Great Anniversary Getaway
The South Hill Loft was perfect for my wife and I. It’s an easy 3/4 of a mile walk to the Stillwater downtown area. The loft itself was as advertised and Brian & Cheryl were great. They were very accommodating and allowed me to bring some flowers and gifts the day before we came (for our anniversary). Loved the location of the loft that had breakfast restaurants, bakery, and a German bar a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This property is AWESOME!!!! The property owners thought of everything. There is a kitchen with all the amenities to cook in . They even had the basic salt, pepper , and seasonings. The thoughtfulness was beyond comprehension. There were q-tips and cotton balls, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash... the list goes on. A t/v with surround sound, an old school record player, which we didn't play because we weren't sure if we should touch it. I'm sure if we would have texted the owner, they would have told us yes or no. The owners were available via text if we needed anything. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends. Thanks again
