Our time at the Legends at Leader was an absolute delight, albeit too brief for our liking. Our family chose this cabin as our base during a wedding event in Duluth, turning a weekend stay into an unforgettable retreat. Though it was a short visit, we quickly saw how splendid it would be to indulge in the tranquillity and comfort here for a week or even two.
The cabin was immaculately clean and spacious, striking the perfect balance between offering communal gathering spaces and private corners for some downtime. Everyone could find their own nook or join the group as they wished.
The property's amenities were easily accessible, adding a rich variety to our stay. The two fire pits, the bunkhouse, and the recreational options of a canoe and a pontoon were our personal favorites. We particularly relished the sunset cruise on the pontoon and canoe, a serene experience that allowed us to bond and appreciate the area's natural beauty.
Kali, our host, deserves a special mention for her prompt and informative communication. Her attentive service significantly enhanced our overall experience.
One of our most memorable moments was gatherin around the fire, playing games and sharing laughter. And when a sudden rainstorm threatened our grilling plans, the deck's awning provided the perfect shelter, ensuring our barbecue continued uninterrupted.
Nestled just 10 minutes away is Minong, home to Jack's Links and equipped with a gas station and grocery store. I
