Hot tub not useable.
I specifically called the hotel prior to booking to ensure the hot tub and pool were functioning and fully useable. The reply was, “yes, but the jets are not useable”. The hot tub was under maintenance when i arrived, basically ruining the evenings i had planned. Left a night early!

I liked the hotel room. Comfortable and clean. The hot tub was not working. I know things happen but it made me sad. The breakfast attendant did not believe us when we let the person know the pancakes were out of batter.

A chin above barely passing. Initial interaction with front desk was abysmal. Extremely rude and gave such incorrect information that we checked out after only one night. The site manager Tosha the next morning was the only ray of hope, intelligence, and hospitality. She got us to check back in and stay the duration of our reservation. The beds were super hard, very uncomfortable. Shower was dirty, some kind of dirt stain on bed skirt. The breakfast was lackluster at best. Pancake machine broken the entire time. Handicap hoists for pool were covered in rust. Jets didnt work in hot tub. Very underwhelming stay to say the least. Again Tosha was the only person that made this somewhat manageable. The fact that Wyndham owns this and is in such disrepair is embarrassing. Probably not going to be returning. The low price unfortunately comes with low standards as well.

Hotel is convenient to the shopping, directly across from Walmart. The check in was okay, the furniture in the lobby area is dark wood and had a large amount of dust on it, weird first impression. Our room was tiny, i was not expecting it to be that small! The paint color is very dark and wood tones in room also dark making it feel quite dingy. Bathroom counter top cracked, toilet would flush if jiggled handle. We were booked in for two night, first morning they were out of pancakes, peanut butter and jam at the breakfast. Next time i will spend the money and get a better hotel.

My room bathroom was dirty! Hair all over the tub, sink, and shower. There also was huge bar of soap on top of the shower wall in the corner that was there from a previous guest. Disgusted. Will never be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room needed some attention to detail in the cleaning process. The bed skirts were dirty and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed between the beds. The bathroom had toiletries from the previous occupant left in the shower.

I’ve stayed at many motels in minot and this one is average, the rooms are not bad, my tub stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t bath, the hot tub jets were not working, the breakfast is very tiny not many options and for someone with celiac and can’t eat gluten there was maybe 2 items for me to eat, yogurt and fruit. I’m not sure if I will stay here again
