Solid unit and location
Overall as described and easy process. Comfortable space and clean. Would be nice to leave a couple extra rolls of tp and an extra trash bag for a shorter stay, but hopefully the next guest benefits from the several rolls of tp we left! Otherwise, great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. One if our favorite things about the condo was the porch. It was a very nice place to sit and rest. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could really use some new equipment. The pots and pans need to be replaced and we could've used a few more coffee mugs. That being said it is a very nice condo. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating in the living room. The living room area looked smaller in the picture than it actually is. We all had a great time and the resort is beautiful.

Great stay at Baytowne Wharf!
I was there for a family wedding and found this spot perfect!
It was close to many great restaurants. I didn't have access to an automobile, but because of it's good location, my stay and participation of family events was not affected in the least.
When I had a small problem, a loose shower knob, the management was very responsive offering to come and help.
I would choose this beautiful condo again.

Location of this property was perfect. Proximity to the beach and short walk to the Harbor Walk for evening activities was wonderful.
Management needs to address the thermostat because even though it was set at 70 and it said the apartment was 70 there was no way it was 70 degrees in the apartment. Also the ceiling fan needs to be looked at because the wobbling of the fan caused the chain to clank all night long and being a light sleeper this was not ideal.

Great location in Sandestin.
This property is perfectly located in Baytowne Wharf. It was great to have parking and the ability to walk out the front and into the Baytowne Wharf area. The condo was nice and clean. There are three things to be aware of: 1) the air conditioner is quite loud and somewhat annoying, but if you’re too tired, you probably won’t notice. 2) the curtains let a lot of light in. This may not bother many, but I’m used to having blackout curtains that keep my room dark. 3) the sofa bed is a bit creeky. Seems like the springs are on their last leg. All of that aside, we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Close to Everything
We stayed in the pilot house as our baby moon and had a great time. We stayed close to/at Baytowne the entire stay but a two hour excursion to the beach. We ate at Slick Lips, the Marina bar and grill, Charlie’s Cafe, and the Ovide in the Effie. The pool was large and not ever crowded. We almost regretted not bringing our toddler because the unit was large enough for her, and Baytowne was a kid’s dream. I highly recommended the location and the unit.
