This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, hammocks, and smart TVs. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella.The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island.This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items.Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM.
