Very clean rooms and common areas. Easy check in and check out process. Lobby area has a convenience store of snacks and essentials. Breakfast was pretty well stocked above a typical continental breakfast. Perfect for our basketball team traveling and their families. Location is super close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, and easily accessible to Hwy 5 and Pacific Coast Highway to beaches.

We got to the airport in KC at 3am for a 5am flight. We got to hotel at 10:30 am asking for early check in as we were super tired. They put us on a list for early check in. We finally got to our room at 2:10 pm. The people in our room checked out at 11:30. Why does it take 2 1/2 hours to clean a room? So much for priority check in!

The bathroom fan didn't work and the door didn't close all the way, lastly the bathroom door was also dingy. One of the beds was SO squeaky, like a deep spring squeak. The staff was immensely friendly and my kids loved the heated pool! The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Kind and friendly staff

Very accommodating staff. Traveling with my family, including 2 children. We arrived in the area earlier than planned. I asked at the front desk what might be the earliest we could check in and they had a room ready for us within 20 minutes even though it was late morning. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Really liked the cascading waterfall into the hot tub.
