Broken elevator
Everyone was helpful. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. The elevator is out of service which could have presented a problem but the front desk worked it out and put is on a ground floor.

Room was very clean and comfortable but I could not rate higher bc toilet was not cleaned. My only recommendations would be to clean the outside of the building, clean or replace the hallway carpet and paint the hallway walls. Hallways felt dingy.

Upon showing up the front desk was super friendly and fast. Our room however seemed like they were in the middle of cleaning and then forgot to finish, the bathroom looked to have not been cleaned yet and our towels and shower curtain were laying on the floor. The prodcuts i.e. (toilet paper, kleenex, tray that included shampoo etc, wash cloths, and trash cans) that i assume are supposed to be inside the bathroom were out on top of the dresser, the beds were alright except appeared to have hair one the pillows, and there was a long rip in the curtains. Other than that our stay was okay, it was quiet, and the staff was nice.
