No elevator and nothing on first floor available. We are both in our 70s, on oxygen and had to haul suitcases and oxygen equipment up stairs. Having no elevator should be first thing seen when trying to book a hotel.

The first room that we went to had not been cleaned the beds werent made. There were towels on the floor and take out containers on the countertop. It had just been skipped. Luckily, they had another room that they were able to give us, but it was not a fun experience walking into a dirty room

GREAT value for the price! Clean, well maintained rooms, nice pool and hot tub area. Although the hot tub was so hot that it was not enjoyable. Took forever to get into and had to get out in short order. Decided to take a hot shower in the morning rather than a repeat in the hot tub. Absolutely the hottest hot tub that I've ever been in! Too hot. But they made up for that blemish by serving up absolutely the best motel breakfast that I've ever had in all of my motel stays over the years!!

No shuttle from airport after 7 pm. Was not told there wasnt 24 hr shuttle.... very disappointed espcially since i called a day ahead asking how to contact them for the shuttle. They could have told me the shuttles hours.
