数年前に泊まった際、不自由しなかったので今回も利用を決めました。 数年が経って施設の老朽化、劣化が目立ち、宿泊するには厳しい施設になっているように感じました。 駐車場も停めにくいです。 周辺の施設と比べて安いわけでもなく、いまは新しい施設で同程度の金額で宿泊できるようになっているので今後は利用しないかなと思いました。

DATED AND RUN DOWN PROPERTY BUT HAD AIR CONDITIONING. GENERALLY DUSTY AND NOT AS CLEAN AS ONE WOULD LIKE. NO CHECK IN DESK. BUT GOT THE KEY DESPITE NOT BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE KEYHOLDER.

値段の割にホテルよりも広く綺麗で、パイナガマビーチまでも徒歩で行ける立地と快適でした。選択できるのもありがたかったです！ ただ洗剤が薄かったような感じがしました。 気になる方は洗剤だけ近くの薬局等で購入した方が良いと思います。

住宿位置相當方便，設有私人停車場，房間寬闊整潔，設有廚房設備及用具，剛巧我們遇上超級颱風，可提前到超市買食物回來自行煮食，非常方便。整體感覺滿意。

とても快適に過ごせました。
初めてマンションに滞在しましたが、事前に連絡をいただけたので、安心して向かうことができました。一通りの道具や調味料が揃っており、洗濯炊事に困らず、家にいるように過ごせました。近くのスーパーや100均で必要なものは買えますし、神経質な方でも過ごしやすいと思います。シャワーしかありませんが、アニメティも充実しており、寒い日は温泉にも行きましたし不便は感じませんでした。なにより広いので、雨が降って出掛けるのが億劫な日も、部屋の中でゆったり過ごせるのが、一番ありがたかったです。ホテルには泊まらないと聞いてガッカリしていた子供が、玄関を開けた瞬間とても喜びました。３泊４日の滞在中、Wi-Fiが時々おかしくなりましたが、設定し直すと使えるようになりました。立地もよいので、宮古島自体が過ごしやすいなと感じることができました。シティビューとのことでしたが、玄関前から海も、公園のイルミネーションも楽しめました。次回もこちらに泊まりたいと思います。もう少し長く滞在してみたいと思いながら帰りました。

만족합니다
저렴한 가격에 가족 4명이서 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 보안이 좀 신경쓰이고 처음에 들어갈때 냄새가 나는게 좀 단점입니다. 하지만 위치도 괜찮고 다른 일본 숙소보다 넓은 편이라 좋았습니다.
