The floor upstairs were quite loud with running footsteps all 4 nights. One of the pillow has urine smell on it. There is dog hair on one of the bed sheet.

Moab is a great destination and off season rates were well worth it......kitchen was workable, bed comfy and accessible with elevator. Breakfast was above average. Only downside was the hot tub was broken for a day, but it was fixed promptly.

We were enthusiastic about our room when we arrived but it had its share of problems. The first challenge was the heating on the 3rd floor was near sauna level and made the room quite warm. We had to use the AC in December! It was also quite frustrating to see that the ‘blanket’ on our king bed was nothing more than a queen size dust ruffle tucked into a duvet cover. Yes, a dust ruffle! Fortunately, there was an actual blanket in the closet we made use of. And then there was the unrequested wake up of the tv coming on at 5:45 am. All of this was shared with the desk clerk in the morning and he just looked completely lost as to what to say or do.
