Very convinient location, amazing vibe. But my room’s windows were not clean, Refrigerator was not working on arrival, they took 2 hours to fix it, washbasin was clogged but they fixed it quickly. Overall it was good stay.

Great value for the money, they actually had quite good selection for continental bkfst compared to other similar budget places. Toast, jam, PB, oatmeal, jogurt, muffins, banana, cereals, coffee, tea, milk Only thing I wished for is a nice soak in the hot tub after hiking all day but it was broken

Accomodations were clean and comfortable. Used this hotel as a base while visiting Nat'l Parks in the area which was more economical than being closer to them. Would have been helpful to have an elevator for all the luggage needed for our extended stay since we were located on 2nd floor. How about adding eggs and bacon to the breakfast menu?

Disappointing
Basic typical Super 8 stay. You usually get what you pay for, but in this case the room was way over priced for some reason. The pros: comfortable bed & decent lighting. Cons: -Only one chair in the room and it was only semi-comfortable-difficult for a couple to be comfortable. And the chair cushion was badly stained. -Candy wrappers on floor from previous guests. - Breakfast was pathetic. Stay was advertised with free continental breakfast, but you couldn’t call it a breakfast by any definition. Extent of it was plain white bread (no bagels or cream cheese), a small muffin, peanut butter and jelly, packets of instant oatmeal, and yogurt. The yogurt was actually ok.

When we arrived no hot water until the next afternoon. Rooms need attention, it was run down and needs some love. Toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast was poor. Staff was very nice. HOWEVER, my biggest problem was EXPEDIA did not give a payment card to the hotel charge as usual, so I had to give my credit card and the room was charged to me again (I had already paid through Expedia at booking).
