Room was very clean, maid service every day. Donā€™t park under the trees in the back, the birds ā€œpaintedā€ my jeep overnight and could barely see through windshield and had to take it to car wash.

We rented 2 rooms and both had problems with the toilets not flushing properly. One room had no shower curtain. The bed spreads needed cleaning too. The office staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall the room.was clean.

Not as nice as pictures portrayed
Long hair left in tub, on the floor and in drawer with towels. Only upside was they made bed up daily. Air conditioning quit working on second night. Short had a leak spraying out the wall. Ran out of regular coffee and no ice bucket was ever delivered.

There was a hole in the wall next to bathroom sink that had plaster glopped into it. There was a water leak in the wall above the shower that was creating a bulge in the paint.

Nice stay
The hotel is older, but very clean and comfortable, and within walking distance to food and shopping. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The air in our room was not working and they quickly moved us to another room.

The man who checked us in was there again the next morning and again the next night and morning. He was not the owner. A hard working gentleman, very nice, he made sure we got a ground floor room as requested.

Customer service was great and price was great but the AC to the room was terrible. Overall experience was good and the Moab Diner right next door was great! If you need a cooler room for a good sleep I would look else where. If you can stand a bit warmer room then youā€™re good!

Was going into the National park, and go to the hotel 3 hrs prior to check in. They were still cleaning the room. We were able to get the keys to the room and put our stuff in later since the office closes at 10 pm. They do have a kiosk you can check in with as well if itā€™s after hours. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.
