Perfect place to rest
We used the house as home base for a week of Jeep Trail riding. After the first night we were already calling it home. After a long day on the trails and in the sun it was great home to come back relax in the hot tub and get a good nights rest. I highly recommend this property for any group or family visiting Moab

Perfect Getaway!
The house was lovely and fully stocked with everything we needed. It is a duplex but we never once heard our neighbors. I appreciated the ceiling fans in every bedroom. There was street parking as well as RV parking available. The private hot tub was a great touch at the end of a play day. If I had to find a complaint, the only things I noticed were the water pressure in the master shower was lacking (but was great in the upstairs shower) and the wifi was not good enough to watch a TV show/movie in the living room but we could use our Firestick in the upstairs bedrooms. There are no TV channels so good reminder to bring your own. Loved having laundry facilities onsite and my kids used the community pool several times. Overall, great house, great location in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely be booking again!!

Great Home in Moab
Our family loved our stay! The main room was spacious and the kitchen well stocked for our Thanksgving dinner. We really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated your willingness to let us add the pet fee last minute. The house is clean and nicely decorated. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful home
We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend.The house was decorated so beautifully. The large windows throughout the open main floor were awesome. Having the three Bathrooms made it very nice. Our teenage daughters enjoyed having their own rooms upstairs. The hot tub was very very nice in the evening after a long day of hiking.The fire pit was a nice feature. The home came with everything needed for our stay and the and furniture very comfortable and very nice. The location was so convenient to get to town and the community pool was close. We will stay again!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO! This was our second stay here and will not be our last! We visited with 4 adults and 5 young kids. The condo felt very large and spacious! 100% would recommend over and over!

Moab family vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was on the South side of Moab, but so close and convenient to everything we did! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there! WiFi was a little troublesome but we were hardly there to use it, so it wasnā€™t a big deal to us. The grill and hot tub were also a nice extra even though we didnā€™t use it. As silly as it is, we really appreciated the fact that there was good toilet paper and tissues. So often it is the junk you get in hotels! We would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!

OK, but would not rebook...
The place has some great features, the garage is great if your here to MTB. The location is easy to get to, the house looks nice and is clean, the manager is incredible and fixes anything quickly, but that's really where to plus side stops. The fact that I know how responsive she, well because we needed her several times. The garbage disposal when turned on shots anything in it in your face and around the kitchen, like an explosion. The Mattresses are OLD and the most uncomfortable you'll ever sleep on, Super soft in every room! The house is so cheaply constructed that any movement anywhere can be heard throughout the house. If you're in the Master, be aware you will hear any movement, or conversation upstairs. The kitchen has no usable utensils, pots, pans, etc. The stove had several knobs missing, but at least they had one that could be used for all. The gas grill was filthy, the hot tub small and old, but clean. The outside furniture is ripped and in horrible condition, the top to the hot tub that used to lock is destroyed. The living room furniture is the worst...you sit on it and you sink, it needs replaced! The views listed are definitely not the current views and clearly taken before the construction of the new buildings surrounding this home. Views are minimal This house is next to a KOA campground, the dog park and dog pens are next to the property, so barking dogs all night was a joy. I would not stay at the property at any price point again

Amazing place!
We loved this place, and will definitely book with them again! Weā€™ve stayed at places that had the barest of minimum, but this place had all we needed to make our 5 day stay comfortable. Thank you for caring for your guests by going the extra mile to provide to extra tp, laundry detergent, soaps, trash bags, etc. You even had all the spices we needed + coffee! It was soo nice to not have to run to the store for basic necessities.

Great MTB Getaway

Finding Fall in Moab 2022
We absolutely loved the townhome and Shelly our host was great at communicating. The home new with all new furnishings with the Master bedroom downstairs and the two other bedrooms upstairs. If you enjoy a relaxing evening outside the patio is a great place to sit and relax. Off all the properties we stayed on our latest fall trip this was the one we enjoyed the most.

We loved the property. It was the perfect size for us. All the rooms were big. Everyone had their own space. Shelly the property manager was quick to respond with any questioned we had. The property is about 4 minutes from downtown. Which made it nice. You were close enough to run in if wanted to do something in town. We had 6 adults in our party. We would definitely stay here again.

Hikers delight!
We absolutely loved this house. From the time we booked it till we checked out the host Shelly was very communicative and helpful with answering questions. and making recommendations. She truly cares about the experience her renters have. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The furniture and all the beds were super comfortable. The living area has an open floor plan with nice big windows which helps it feel spacious, and gives a view of the mountains. It has a nice patio with Mountain Viewā€™s, hot tub and fire pit. The location is great. Itā€™s just a short drive to Arches National Park and the cute town of Moab. This mountain town has lots of restaurants, shops and adventure opportunities like Off Road Jeep excursions, rafting etc. If I could give this rental experience 10 stars I would!

We booked this place as a gift to my parents who were visiting from France. It was a bit of a splurge but the place was beautiful and well worth it. Hot tub was key. Moab was amazing (cold but quiet in January) and the national parks were breathtaking.

Great place for mountain bikers!
The house was awesome and well equipped for a group of mountain bikers. There was even a bike stand in the garage as well as several tools. The kitchen had everything we need, and the hot tub was clutch for loosening up after a long day of riding, and the fire pit was great to relax by outside. Washer and dryer worked great, and host was very responsive. Overall, we loved the experience and would definitely rent again.

The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed and easily accommodated our family of four. The only reasons it's not 5 star is the new construction at the back of the property which obstructs the view and the water pressure of the showers. Water pressure is so strong it's painful on the skin. The owner indicated they recently cleaned the hard water calcification so it was harsher than normal.

Perfect Moab escape!
This home was the cherry on top for our adventure weekends. Was able to accommodate our family of 8 perfectly. House was beautiful, with all the amenities you can think of. Not far from the town at all. Beautiful neighborhood and a perfect place for some R&R after a full day of adventure. Canā€™t wait to stay here again.
