Downstairs you will find the spacious living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. This area looks out to the stunning in-ground pool and yard. There is a fantastic outdoor entertaining area that has BBQ, TV, ceiling fans and heaters, as well as alfresco blinds for those hot days.
The theatre room even has a gas log fire for rainy day movies.
Downstairs you will find the master (with ensuite) and an additional powder room.
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms and a third sleeping area at the top of the stairs. This has two king single beds and is not a private room (please see photos).
