I was on a budget and put in pet friendly as I was at a 4 day dog show was informed absolutely no pets went to room anyway holes in wall hairs in bathroom and tub when leaving 3 men were on staircase and until my dog barked they wouldn't move after I asked twice excuse me unacceptable and scary

Cheap and good AC. Room smelt a little musty and weird. Stopped by front on our way out in the morning and there was no breakfast available as advertised. If you just need a place to stop for the night its fine.

They have charged me a Separate holding deposit after I checked out and left and I paid for the room through Expedia. This is a slum property with slum ownership. Conveniently they canā€™t find my reservation either! They can continue to charge my card after leaving. The front desk lady said itā€™s just a holding deposit if there isnā€™t a problem it wonā€™t be charged. They charged it, then issued a refund then charged it again. Then I commented about the number of toners the front desk woman was throwing away and told her there is a special way to recycle them and asked if I could. She said she had to throw them away. Thatā€™s irresponsible environmental waste producers, which is a fineable expense.. stay away!!

Staff had us immediately change rooms due to no covers on bed just two thin sheets. Got into second room and found/killed four roaches within 5 minutes 2 in bed another found in daughters bed next morning and in fries we had purchased for son to eat after setting down on table. Huge spiderweb and spider in ceiling corner of room entrance. Carpet sticky and bathroom floors dirty. Tub looked nasty. People arguing/yelling in walkway to rooms. Saw a drug deal while at pool with 14 year old daughter/ 2 and 3 year old sons. Continental breakfast that was there was a packet of grits and bread to make toast. No juice didnt attempt coffee. Spend the extra couple dollars and find a different spot.

It looks like you went with the lowest bidder on maintaining the facility. The room needed to be vacuumed. The shower had hair in the tub and shower head wasn't working. Continental breakfast was ceral and toast. Why even advertise that as Continental breakfast?

It was nasty and to be a days inn property and have roaches was just insane for the price. You are basically paying to stay with roaches. They were coming out the bathroom and the shower curtain was nasty. No one in house keeping spoke English to even deal with the situation. Then my husbandā€™s shoes were taken. Would not be booking there again. Switched to a cleaner hotel and a better rate.

Room wasn't all that clean, had to kill a few roaches within my room, removed the fitted sheet from my bed which appeared to be dried fecal(diarrhea )matter, was woken up by homeless people arguing outside by the pool which was also dirty and cloudy. Constant drug usage(marijuana) within the area of my room and the aroma was being drawn in by my air condition unit. Will not utilize this facility if I'm ever in Mobile, Alabama again
