One of the nicest places in town at that price rate would def stay again! Woukd be over 100 bucks a night easy if it was in one of the nicer areas. Its not in a bad area, just not the best..

Amazing! Perfect if youre looking for comfort and a good nights rest. There was a couch in the room, keurig and plenty of table space. Cost efficient at only $75 for a Monday- Tuesday night! Great mattress; soft comforter.

The lobby and first floor were under reconstruction. Pieces of debris on the unfinished lobby floor had not been swept up or picked up. Outside trash bin was overflowing with trash. Sign on outside dumpster fence gate "Holiday Inn Express", reflected the trashy, unkempt appearance of the property. On the other hand, front desk personnel were very friendly. Breakfast food was very tasty.

Just don’t.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this hotel shouldn’t be open. They are remodeling, the flooring is gone in the lobby, cabinets taken out, workers working and playing loud music, it’s an active construction site. Go to our room the upstairs is still under construction as well. Our room appeared newly renovated, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the bedding had makeup stains. The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor, they were that hard. The next morning my back hurt so bad, walking was difficult. They had breakfast downstairs in the construction, so we definitely passed without even looking at it. The area the hotel is located in also felt unsafe. The name of the hotel also is nowhere on the outside, just a paper notice on the desk says Springdale.

The first floor was under construction & the room smelled like cigarettes. The price didn’t match the experience. I can’t believe the hotel was open for business. Even the parking lot was full of containers and construction equipment. I can’t believe I had to pay for this.

I don't understand because every hotel I have been to doesn't do what this hotel does. It is kind of strange why they charge you 100 dollars if they find something wrong with the room, yes, mistakes can be charged but I think it's kind of weird and unnecessary to make it so expensive. There is also a limited amount of breakfast.

Springdale not Springdale
When we arrived our gps said we were there. We could not find the Springdale inn. There was no sign outside. After we drove around looking for it I finally went into the comfort inn to ask for directions. To my amazement, there was a sign over the registration desk that said Springdale inn. The young lady there was amazingly friendly and polite. Seems they are in the process of remodeling the entire hotel. The entire first floor was in shambles. However, they put us on the third floor which had already been remodeled and it was very nice. Surprisingly they still had breakfast on the first floor and it was pretty good.

The hotel is in a bad area and under construction with the doors propped open and lots of homeless people in the area sleeping and toileting in bushes and landscaping. Very dirty.
