The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that i was able to check in early and that front desk came up to my room to try and fix my TV.
Apparently there was some cable issues and some of us on the 4th floor had no service. They was going to move me to another room but I got a call that said apparently it wasn't just MY room. So I was assuming they were trying to fix the issue plus I had a party I had to get to. When I came back the TV still was not working so I had to go on YouTube on my phone just to watch something ALL NIGHT!
The next morning I told the front desk that I had no service my entire stay. She told me because I prepaid with Expedia and I wasn't a Hilton rewards member there was nothing she could do.
Now you all may think "It's just a TV" but if I only wanted somewhere to lay my head I would have went to a cheap hotel BUT I DIDN'T! I paid good money to have a FULLY HOTEL EXPERIENCE at Home 2 Suites which by the way was HIGHLY recommended to me.
Needless to say I will NEVER recommend to ANYONE!
Because even if I went through another website or wasn't a member I STILL spent my hard earned cash to stay there. And for management to act so nonchalant about it irritated me even more! I hope this hotel realizes that it's US who help you keep your job. It's US who keep this hotel doors open. Word of mouth still goes a long way!
