The price online I was suppose to get a good value but there were hidden fees added once I got to the property and not able to cancel because room fees were already paid for. I should of stayed at any other hotel and I would've saved money. I asked everyday including when I came to the property for a handicap room. The whole 4 days I was there I was not able to get one I use a walker. It is hard to get around in a walker on the side they put me on where there is no handicap access the doors are heavy. I'm not asking for special treatment but the manager could of at least waved the fees since I was not able to get a handicap room the entire stay but I was charged extra just because I wanted a fridge and microwave. I guess they don't want food in the room then it should at least be clean in the room. The floors are filthy and the staff would not clean it if I was there. I have minimal issues at other hotels in the area. This hotel is probably the worse when it comes to customer service. The staff also made a big stink and didn't want to provide water and wanted to charge $4 for a bottle. This property just wanted to nickel and dime for anything they could. If I was going to spend over $100 a night on weekdays I would've been better off anywhere else at least it would have been cleaner and the staff maybe more considerate of a person with disabilities. I would recommend any other hotel than this one.
