Quiet and peaceful
The villa, secluded and private, has modern furnishings, is squeaky clean, and makes you want to just lounge around, doing nothing. Which is exactly what we did. The pool is beautiful, as are the valley views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Speciaous relaxing villa with swimming pool
We had a wonderful time to relax, cook and swim in this wonderful villa. It is simple but specious, decorated with taste with a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very nice and check in went smooth. Our needs were answered quickly and with great generosity. Thank you Quim.

Wonderful holiday
The property is in a stunning location and in a very quiet area just 1 hour from Barcelona. Very clean, fully equipped (apart from a kettle which you will need to bring along) and just a few minutes from Moia where you can find supermarkets and shops.

Un petit bout de paradis
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Joaquim à Moia. La maison est sur un terrain de golf mais on se sent au milieu de nul part, en pleine nature -calme et détente garantis! La maison est fonctionnelle et les lits bien confortables! Toute la famille a adoré. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine. Le propriétaire de la maison a été très aidant, notamment pour nous permettre une initiation au golf.

Espectacular villa
Todo a la perfección el Sr Quim se ha portado muy bien con nosotros, la casa es espectacular en plena naturaleza lo que más me sorprendió la poca actividad de insectos en la villa para estar en medio del campo, una experiencia muy buena por parte De la Villa lo recomiendo para irte de relax con familia o amigos!! Confort, calme et repos entre Pyrénées et Méditerranée.
Maison située sur le parcours de golf: étonnant, mais sans jamais être gênant pour notre tranquillité, les golfeurs ont du savoir-vivre! Parfaitement équipée, très confortable, repos garanti à l'ombre des arbres ou dans la piscine. Le wifi est performant, condition essentielle quand on voyage avec 1 ado...! A 1 heure (ou moins) de tout ce qui se visite dans le secteur: des villes et villages typiques, des grottes préhistoriques, des bâtiments historiques, et Barcelone, bien sûr. Le nécessaire vital se trouve à Moià: pharmacie, médecins, carburants, alimentation, bars,... Joaquim est très sympa, il parle un très bon français: son accueil a été formidable, autant que sa prévenance et ses conseils lorsque nous en avions besoin. Bref, un très bel emplacement pour qui recherche la déconnexion l'agitation urbaine du quotidien!

El lugar perfecto para vivir y escapar de la ciudad.
Fuimos durante una semana 2 parejas en el mes de julio y estuvimos muy a gusto. Su propietario, el Sr. Quim, es muy amable y atento. La casa está muy bien acondicionada con todo lo necesario para vivir. No tienes que preocuparte por las pastillas del lavaplatos, bolsas de basura, trapos, etc.. Tiene una cocina equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. En general, toda la casa está perfectamente equipada. Buscábamos escapar del ruido de la ciudad y relajarnos, y la casa es perfecta para esto, hay horas que el silencio era absoluto, donde solo oyes el viento. Nuestro lugar más habitual era la piscina, la tumbona, la sombra de los árboles para leer y el porche con su mesa y toldo. También caminatas por los alrededores. Como ya se ha comentado, la casa está ubicada en un campo de golf, pero tienes la suficiente privacidad para que nadie te moleste. El pueblo está a un par de km donde puedes encontrar supermercados como Día, Spar o tiendas del pueblo. Farmacia, gasolinera, etc. No hay nada negativo que pueda comentar, aun habiendo estado una semana, sin duda sería el lugar que elegiría para vivir. Gracias por todo Sr. Quim y espero que el próximo verano podamos volver. Saludos! Jorge (Sabadell).

Fantàstica
Hem passat una setmana fantàstica! El lloc és preciós i molt tranquil. La casa és perfecta, neta i ben equipada i la piscina és un plus si hi vas a l'estiu. El Quim, el propietari, molt atent i amable, ens ha fet sentir com a casa. Sens dubte, repetirem!!

Voor wie op zoek is naar rust, is dit uitstekend. Het stadje Moia is authentiek met goed eten tegen zeer redelijke prijzen. De gastheer Joaquim is zeer vriendelijk en zorgt dat het aan niets ontbreekt.

Tout est dans le titre ! Nous voulions un endroit calme, sans voisin, avec tout le confort nécessaire et cette maison à répondue à tous nos critères ! Dommage pour le temps, nous n'avions pas pu profiter de la piscine mais j'imagine que celle ci est plus qu' agréable en été. La maison propose tout le confort nécessaire, canapé confortable, grande salle de bain, literie de qualité... Malgré son emplacement, les grandes villes principales ne sont pas si éloignées que ça, nous avons profité de Barcelone, des magnifiques monastères de Montserrat, un peu plus loin la ville de Dalì...

Een goed verzorgd landhuis met volop ruimte in de omgeving. Op een hoogte van ongeveer 800 meter heb je mooi uitzicht. Een vriendelijke en betrokken gastheer. Met het stadje Moia op 5 km afstand is al het gemak toch in de buurt.

Tranquilidad y relajación
Una casa muy bonita y un propietario majo! Esta muy aislado pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia inolvidable. Si te gusta el golf es lo mejor opción por que la casa esta situada en el centro del campo. Muy, muy recomendable!
