""La Demoiselle ô bois"" has four spacious and comfortable bedrooms . Two bedrooms have their own shower area, in addition to a large independent bathroom.
The house is fully equipped, whether in the kitchen or in the living rooms - TV area. Upstairs, a large living room dedicated to games and relaxation will delight young and old alike, without forgetting a high-speed WiFi connection.

The rooms
Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and one on the first floor . Each bedroom has storage space and blackout curtains or blinds for restful nights.
The quality bedding has been designed to guarantee great comfort and restful sleep. The bedding is furnished with a duvet and several pillows and each bed is prepared for your arrival (all you have to do is slip into your bed once the evening comes).
On the ground floor :
O sunset : The room includes a modular bed which is available in either a 160 cm double bed or two 80 cm single beds . Simply notify the owners of your choice and the room will be arranged according to your preference.
The 13m2 bedroom offers a space of pure serenity.
Sô chic : This spacious room (22m2) has a double bed (160cm) and its private shower area with a sink and a large shower equipped with hydromassage jets. It will offer you comfort or vitality after a hike in the great outdoors.
O garden : The bedroom with floral decorations gives direct access to the garden, at the back of the house. It has a double bed (160 cm) and its own shower area consisting of a shower cabin and a sink.
A beautiful 14m2 space invites tranquility with its warm setting.
Upstairs
The bird cabin : The room, 15 m2, consists of a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) housed in a cabin space which will delight children.
Partially attic, the roof window will allow you to admire the stars as you fall asleep. And if you want to be sure not to be woken up by the sunrise, a blackout blind closes remotely with the remote control near the bed.
We let you discover the reason for this name and we are sure that sweet birds will come and color your dreams.

A fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare delicious comforting dishes.
In the equipment you have:

The kitchen is open to the dining room and the two rooms are connected by a bar area with stools. This warm space invites you to share friendly and warm moments.

Stays
The dining room provides plenty of space to share a good meal. A magnificent wooden table has been restored to restore its splendor, and allows the nine guests to sit comfortably.
A first living room on the ground floor is made up of a sofa and soft ""relax"" armchairs. This living room is equipped with a large screen TV and a TV box (telenet) which gives you access, in particular, to Belgian and French television channels. The house is equipped with internet and has a high-speed WIFI connection (free).
A wood fire will also warm hearts in this space.

A second ""living room"" space is located on the first floor of the house. This place is both dedicated to games and relaxation . You will find :

- A large board where children can let all their creativity shine
- A large selection of board games for all ages
-A second living room with a large sofa with super comfortable chaise longue and armchairs
- A smart TV and a second TV box
- A relaxation and reading area with its library corner (novels and books for children available)

Sanitary

A large independent bathroom is located on the first floor, comprising a sink and a spacious, modern shower. Two hairdryers are available.
The house has two toilets : one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

Outside
Enjoy our exteriors, the vast garden and a furnished terrace with parasol and barbecue . Garden furniture and deck chairs are also available for you to relax in the sun.

The private land of 30 acres is hidden from view and overlooks an exceptional green setting. You can relax there and have fun with a game of pétanque , for example, on a plot of land designed for this purpose.
