Very well located in MENTON, in the heart of the city, near the train station and the market. A private outdoor parking will allow you to park your car. The 100m bus will take you to the airport. and also in the hinterland where are nestled pretty typical villages. Clear, sunny and quiet, this apartment will seduce you with its privileged location. You can dine outside in peace and enjoy the sun. Blinds will protect you and double exposure ensures a good temperature in the summer. It has a beautiful living room overlooking a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view. The room is very large and has a large new bed of 160 and a bed of 90. In the living room a sofa bed can accommodate two people. Very good new bedding. You can enjoy another terrace kitchen. This apartment will seduce you with its calm and sunshine. Lovely apartment ideally located for the train station
We were on an Inter-rail trip, so easy access to the train was important to us. This apartment was perfect for us in that regard. The place has an odd mix of crockery, furniture, etc. but it was reasonably clean (a little dusty). I would certainly stay there again

Great apartment, close to the restaurants (La Trattoria is the only one I would recommend), to the beach, supermarket and train station The AC vent is located in the hallway therefore the only "cooling" system in the bedroom were 2 fans.

All I can say is 'what a lovely apartment' We stayed for 1 week and it was so close to the bus and train station which was ideal for me as I have a walking disability but found this to be not a problem Apartment is very spacious and the balcony is beautiful to sit on and enjoy some food Everything you need is in the apartment and the shops are so near as well - would definitely recommend this apartment

Nous avons visité les villages perchés, les restaurants alentours sont très bon et la plage des Sablettes est a 20minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus. Perfekter spot für einen Aufenthalt an der Cote Azur
Super zentral gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Balkons und einem Schlafzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden was wir als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern brauchen. Zim strand waren es ca. 7 min., ebenso zum Ort. Das O sole mio hat mit einer hervorragenden Pizza aufgewartet und auch der Bäcker war direkt um die Ecke.

Jolie ville et beaux paysages. Très animée et les habitants très serviables. Une seule chose est à déplorer est la pétarade incessante des motos, vespas, mobylettes qui font un bruit assourdissant en mettant les gaz à fond. Un bon point, les voitures s arrêtent pour laisser traverser les piétons. Beaucoup de circulation et difficile de se garer. Nous avons tout fait a pied, ce qui est bon pour la santé.

Super endroit calme mais au centre de tout
Appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé dans un cul de sac donc tres calme bien que au centre de Menton tout près de la plage du centre des boutiques, de la gare ,d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants. Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande chaudement.

Schöner Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Aufgrund der hohen Hitze konnte man erst spät die Wohnung verlassen. Insofern war die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung für das Wohlbefinden sehr wichtig. Die Wohnung war geräumig und im wesentlichen sauber. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, der Bahnhof und der Supermarkt sowie die Innenstadt von Menton waren fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Für Aufenthalte mit kleineren Kindern ist die Unterkunft daher nur bedingt geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem was man braucht.Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Als mal das Internet gestreikt hat war sie schnell zur Stelle und alles dafür getan, dass es wieder funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Si nous revenons dans cet appartement c'est que nous sommes très satisfaits des prestations. Accueil parfait ! Un garage au cas... mais tout se fait à pieds, la gare SNCF n'est pas très loin ainsi que la gare routière. A peu près à 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville mais cela se fait sans problème. Encore merci, nous reviendrons très certainement.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral mit Parkplatz
Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles Wesentliche ist in Laufnähe. Reservierter Parkplatz am Objekt. Da es so zentral ist und das Objekt eine Residence, ist es natürlich etwas lauter als auf dem Land, das muss einem halt klar sein. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt und auf Grund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses 5 Sterne!

Menton citron bien!
A 2 pas de la gare, a 2 pas des commerces,à 2 pas de la fête du citron, à 2 pas de la mer , pas besoin de voiture pour visiter, la marche a pieds ou les transports en commun . Le vieux menton magnifique, la vallee de la roya en train des merveilles superbe, la tarte au citron de la boulangerie Mitron Bakery, une tuerie!

Une location agréable
La propriétaire est accueillante et arrangeante. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos et très bien équipé et idéalement situé .L’immeuble est ancien et l’isolation phonique avec les logements mitoyens est légère mais de 22h à 7h tout est calme et l’on dort bien. Le passage des trains ne nous a pas dérangé et le box pour la voiture un vrai bonus pour cette location. La télévision est vieille et devrait être changée.
